KayLashae Adventures was inspired by her own experiences and the joy she found in exploring nature with her daughter. As a single mother, Shaneice recognized the lack of representation and resources for Black families and single-parent households in the outdoor adventure space. She wanted to create a platform to fill this gap, inspiring and supporting other single mothers who wished to embark on similar journeys with their children.
